VIDEO BLOG | What Causes Déjà vu - The Parallel Universe Theory Explained

Déjà vu, a French word for already seen is one of the most baffling things that humankind witness at least more than once in their lifetime. Everyone must have felt or experience this situation. There is no valid scientific explanation for this phenomenon, however, there are many theories that explain the cause of Déjà vu. The Parallel Universe Theory by Dr.Michio Kaku - a Japanese American theoretical physicist, futurist, and popularizer of science is one of the most intriguing concepts that somehow decode this mysterious phenomenon with feline ease.

According to his theory published in his book Parallel Worlds, Dr. Kaku explains the cause of Déjà vu. There is an infinite number of parallel realities co-existing however you can't see them because these universes have different frequencies and energy levels. He compared it with the radio waves that work in different frequencies. Each radio station has a different frequency hence you can listen to only one station at a time. Just like the radio waves, Parallel Universes also have different frequencies hence they never overlap. According to him, Déjà vu occurs when the energy levels of the Parallel Universe intersects or meets the Present Universe for a fraction of a second.
Please watch the video and feel free to contradict, if you find this theory irrational.
